1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register for an account, we collect your email address and a password. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google to create your account. We send a one-time verification code (OTP) to your email to verify your identity during registration.

Location Information

With your permission, the App accesses your device's GPS location to display venues near you and sort them by distance. Your location is used solely within the App for this purpose and is not stored on our servers. If you manually search for a city, that search is processed to show relevant venues and is not retained.

Push Notification Token

If you enable push notifications, the App receives a unique device token from your device's operating system (Android, iOS, or web). This token is stored on our servers and used solely to deliver push notifications to your device (for example, when a venue you follow goes live). The token does not contain your personal identity or location.

Usage Analytics

The App may track anonymous interaction events such as page views, live feed views, and check-ins at venues. These events may be associated with your user ID for the purpose of improving venue content and user experience. No personal identity is shared with third parties through these analytics.

Information We Do Not Store

We do not collect, store, or process any information beyond what is described above. We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or browsing history.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To verify your email address during registration.
• To display venues near your current location.
• To send you push notifications about venues you choose to follow.
• To track anonymous usage events to improve the App.

3. Information We Do Not Sell or Share

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes. We do not use your data for targeted advertising. Your information is used exclusively to operate the App and provide its features to you.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time through the App's profile page. Upon account deletion, we remove your user record and any associated usage analytics. Push notification tokens associated with your account are also removed.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information using industry-standard security practices. Passwords are never stored in plain text. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.

7. Your Rights

As a user in the United States, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can exercise these rights by using the account deletion feature in the App or by contacting us directly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
